Cd is constantly anxious about death and dying particularly at bed time. I don't know what to do he is very upset and focused on it its quite heart breaking. There are a lot of anxiety suffers in my family and I have bipolar. Please advise me on how to deal with this. He is also anxious that he is ill when he is not.

I have suffered from post natal anxiety. My therapist has been working with me on mindfulness. I'm sure you could talk to him about it. What about yoga? A wee girl (age 10) in my last class found it very helpful for her anxiety.

Ah, wee man! What about a bedtime meditation? You can get kids meditation CDs, or do your own with him, teaching him some breathing techniques that help when anxious thoughts come to him.

It's not nice to see your young kids going through something like this. Hope you get it sorted.

Hi I have a 7 yr old grandson who has come to live with us , his mum is alcoholic and father not great either , he is partially deaf , he is very angry child , and we are constantly battling with him , he has massive tantrums all the time , and shows signs of separation anxiety and OCD , I am trying my best , but he seems to be getting worse rather then better , even though u am trying to give him a good life .... Not sure what to do next :((
