Just wanted to say thanks for lazymumof teens & whoever else also requested this topic, also to MNHQ for adding it. It helps already to feel like I have a place where I fit in & wont have to over explain myself.

Just a quick update - everyone doing ok? I've not been on here recently as have taken on a rescue dog (I suspect I am having a mid life crisis) which is currently as much trouble as my teenagers and appears to have similar "issues" - any dog experts out there??? On a more positive note dd is still doing ok on the anti-ds, although we are still having major problems with the anxiety her behaviour is definitely not as destructive or suicidal.
