Poorly chickie, listless, eyes closed - any ideas? 4-5yo

Last few days one of our girls has been a bit off colour.

I know they normally hide it well so she must be in pain I suppose, and I hate the idea of that but I'm not sure what to do.

Have made vet apt for later on but don't know how much experience they have - I can't afford huge investigations.

She doesn't seem to have any resp symptoms so I am wondering what else it might be.

A friends cook has been off colour for weeks, she thought she was egg bound and tried everything to no avail... A recent trip to the vets revealed an egg had broken inside her, and she's picked up lots after 3 days of antibiotics and a warm spot in her office.

Thank you, I'm glad she is okay. I took ours to the vet on thursday but she had begun to bleed from her nose so we put her to sleep.
Vet said respiratory or tumour
Luckily the others seem okay.
