Charity cookbook for sale, raising money for children's hospices

Hi all,

I have produced a cookbook, along with two friends from choir, to raise money for the children's hospices in Wales - Ty Gobaith / Hope House and Ty Hafan.
It's a lovely book - not only recipes from choir members but also from hospice patrons including the Princess of Walesa nd Ainsley Harriott.

We have sold over 700 books and made over £7000!
We just have 20 books left to sell! Books are
£10 each, and every penny goes to the hospices as we got sponsorship covering all printing costs.

I never realised these charity cookbooks were still a thing.

We just had the idea, as the hospices were our ' charity of the year' for choir, and I wanted to do something extra for the cause as we had a fundraiser from the hospice come in to talk to us and it was so moving. And in choir we have a number of nationalities, so I felt it would make for some interesting recipes - from US, Guernsey, Norway, Australia.....
