Best day trip backpack for three children without looking like a changing bag

Please help UK mummas of 3plus.

I'm looking for a day trip bag.
Not too big, not too small.
Compartments. Backpack or rucksack (I have no idea the difference)

I have to carry three drinks with me, changing wipes and spare clothing, maybe waterproofs.

I would like nice! Not bulky.
I'm 5ft 1.

I have been looking at Rokka for too many hours I would like to admit and I couldn't commit as I can't see the side pocket evidence for water bottles.

What are you using? I'm looking forward to no changing bags and a me bag!

I just packed my coat pockets and the pushchair or car.

I have this one. Its comes in different colours. Loads of room and really practical.

I used one of these- there are lots of makes and designs available. Thr one in the link has plenty of pockets.
