Does anyone have experience using any of these cars with babies/toddlers? I don't have kids yet, but am trying to future proof my purchase as I ideally want to keep my next car for 10+ years. It will never be our main family car and I don't need it for commuting, just a daily run-around for general errands.

I'm used to driving a Ford KA so want to keep it as small as possible whilst still being practical. I'm 5ft tall so legroom is not a big issue.

Any advice on getting kids and buggies in and out of any of these cars would be appreciated!

Have a look at the new Aygo X hybrid. Mine is a fantastic car, which is roomy and easy to drive. Petrol consumption is low, as it runs on electric. Not currently relevant but I have heated seats. The app that comes with the car, coaches you on your driving. It also tracks the whereabouts of the vehicle and will alert you if you forget to lock it. Toyota cars are extremely reliable, I’m on my fourth. They come with 10 years warranty.

I had a Seat Ibiza when ds was a baby, it was brilliant, I could fit his big pram in the boot, his first & second stage car seat in it, once we started using a MacLaren buggy we used it as a family when we went to our caravan for the weekend.
