Anyone have a Skoda Yeti and would you recommend one?

Does anyone have a Skoda Yeti? If so, what year, gearbox, and fuel, and do you love it?

My lovely old Audi estate has fallen foul of its timing belt, and I was looking for something similar, when a Yeti caught my eye and I couldn’t help thinking how good it would be as a camping car.

Yes. 14 year old Yeti Monte Carlo. Fabulous. Reliable, great space, made to last. We plan to keep it for as long as we can.

My friend had one many years ago as a Motability car and she loved it so much that she wanted to buy it at the end of the lease but she wasn't able to.
I have a Karoq and love it. My brother has a 65 plate Fabia with 150k on the clock which has never caused him any problems but it needs a new shock absorber and he isn't sure it is worth paying to get it sorted.

Lots of people I know have them and really love them. I wasn’t convinced but borrowed one for a while and it was great. Really solid and reliable even in shit conditions and feels like it would go on forever- a proper workhorse of a car but without being slow or cumbersome
