7k budget to get three kids in the backseats?

We’re going to be having three under threes shortly.

Our biggest worry is having to get a new car, and what kind of car we can get.

We want to keep our kids rear facing for as long as possible. Therefore the back row does need to be three normal size seats. I’ve read that it’s usually recommended to get a 7 seat car but they seem to come at a premium.

I cannot seem to find a 7 seater in our area for around our budget that doesn’t have over 100,000 miles on the clock. We could potentially stretch to £10,000 but that would be a stretch and not ideal.

Any ideas?

renault grand scenic? Proper back seats (also two pop up seats in the boot). Would have thought you could find one for your budget.

Touran or smax tend to be the ones to go for , touran probably a bit cheaper

We've got a Peugeot Rifter, 3 proper seats in the back all isofix, 2 seats in the boot or you can take them out for a massive space. Has worked great for us, now have 2 teens and a 7 year old and they all have enough space
Can get for 8k upwards

Renault scenic or citreon Picasso c4 has three separate seats in the back

Citroen C5 Aircross has 3 roomy seats in the back and fits 3 car seats.

I currently have a(n old style) Citroen C4 Picasso that has 3 isofix points across the back, but it's a slightly tight fit (would depend on car seat model).
