Finally getting somewhere with the car search!

Off to look at/test drive 2 tomorrow:
Mitsubishi outlander 2.2L diesel 2018, auto but basic spec internally. Does exactly what I need a car to do, but I’d have to upgrade radio to a car play unit and put in parking cameras!

Kia Sorento 2016 (or 18 I cant remember!) ticks every box on my list (inc wish list) but it’s manual! I prefer auto, but I guess I’m going to have to compromise somewhere!

there is also an Outlander which is a PHEV, but I worry about extra servicing and longevity costs? Anyone tell me what additional costs I may be looking at with a PHeV?

My concern with a Mitsubishi is that the brand left the European market a few years ago so will parts be readily available. A friend had a fairly new Chrysler people carrier a number of years ago and sold it because finding parts became very difficult and expensive.
