SEAT Ateca, MG ZS or Peugeot 2008

I am drowning in the decision for a new car - all will be used, maybe 2022

My requirements are mainly large boot when seats are down to transport items for my business.

I havent had a car this new before so would like to have some exciting gadgets and tech.

Any thoughts on any of these?

We had a MG ZS as a hire car last summer and it felt very plasticky.
The Seat Ateca is a close relative of my Skoda Karoq and I was very impressed with how it recently handled a camping trip to France (we stayed in a pre-erected tent so we didn't need a tent or some of the other camping gear). I drove from the central belt of Scotland to Portsmouth on 7/8 of a tank of petrol and the boot swallowed up all the clothes, bedding and "stuff" we needed for an 18 night trip (having previously had the car broken into I am paranoid about everything having to go into the boot). The Ateca has a similar sized and shaped boot.
