Anyone got an xc60 plug in hybrid?

Just bought a 2022 xc60 recharge and really confused on the charging side of things, maybe just being stupid. When it's fully charged it has 20 miles, but believe we should get up to 40, so how do you get that milage up? When we've driven it it seems to drop more than the miles we are doing. I don't can't see the advantage of the hybrid side of things. We are having to charge it daily just to get 20 miles or less.

look in the settings and see if you have got 100% of the battery or less. I’ve got a ex30 and it charges to 80% unless I change the settings.

I was going to say the same thing. Defo check the settings. Feels like this is why this is happening.

There is nowhere in the settings to change this or at least not that I can find.

Settings, car, charging, move the target to 100%. Look online, contact Volvo or have a play around.

Thanks couldn't find on car! Google says to do on app but not on there either will contact volvo if we can't get any further

If it is a battery that has a maximum of 40 new then I suppose it is possible it’s only 20 now. So it will be even less in the winter. I agree that you should take it to Volvo.

Thought I'd give an update, the car we bought only had a 11kw battery not the updated 18.8, which explains the difference in range. We have now returned the car to the garage and upgraded to a newer model.
