Fiat 500 with a 2 year old

I had a fiat 500 until my DD was 9 months old. I disabled the front airbags and shoved her carseat in the front and folded the backseats down so I could fit her travel system in. I switched to a focus which is bigger and more practical but I hate it. I miss the fiat!

My question is, would I be stupid to go back to a Fiat 500 now? She's bigger and could go forward facing in the back. Her pushchair is small and would fit in the boot.

I should add I'm a single mum so it's the only car I'd have. I often do the shopping etc when she's at her dad's.

If not the Fiat, what cars do other toddler mums have that are bigger than the fiat but smaller than a focus?

Well, a Fiesta is a smaller version of the Focus.

I have a Citroen c1 and have since before I had DD4. Day to day I like it but it's bad when we go on our camping holiday with all the extra crap it's a bit of a pain. CBA with the hassle and expense of changing cars though.

I do quite like when I have the excuse to have her in the front with me though 😂

Keep the fiat for another few years - really the longer they rear face the safer tbh.
