Didn't get paid my carers!

Hi, I was meant to of had my carers allowance paid in today but I haven't recieved it. I have phoned and they have sent off request to get my payment resent and marked as urgent. All this because i changed my bank details 3 weeks ago! They couldn't give me a time scale of how long this would take but has anyone had any experience of the same situation and how long it took for the resent payment to be in your account? This was meant to be going on bills that were due today and tomorrow but obviously I can't pay them right now. Thanks 😀

It’s only 8.30 in the morning! Is there any chance it still could come through today?

They can do a faster payment for today hopefully. I know they can and do that with universal credit so hopefully it will be the same for carers payments.

I'm hoping they will re send it today. She couldn't give me an answer as to when it would get paid again I'm just hoping they don't take ages! That's why i was asking if anyones experienced similar... 🤔

I usually have all my payments paid just after midnight, my CB came through. I told them I didn't have this faff when I changed my bank details for my sons dla and child benefit.
