Granted SGO and found out im pregnant

I have been granted a SGO by the courts i now have the child with me who has been living with me forever anyway I have recently found out im pregnant and quite far along will this give any complications regarding the sgo ?

What is a SGO?

Possibly special guardian order? I just googled so I could be wrong
