How people find jobs now a days whilst still at work ?
I can use linked in to find other jobs and also add my CV to websites but how do I do that without my current employer knowing ?
As they advertise everywhere for jobs in my company I believe that they must have advertiser benefits and they are able to see and find everything if they want to ? Would they even maybe receive my own CV as a possible fit person for their own jobs ? I don't know 🤷♂️
Any help is welcome please, if there's any recruiter out there that could give me some clues on how to do it.
I just don't want to get caught looking for another job as things get very messy and unpleasant in my office every time someone's resigns. It's odd and I want to avoid the situation at all costs, unless of course I do find the next job. Then I will have to suck it up the bad mood from the bosses.
