Caring for elderly relatives? Supercarers can help

Support for husband whilst I am away

I am an unpaid cater for my 76 year old husband. He has multiple conditions including COPD and has had a pacemaker fitted.
My youngest daughter is in Australia, she is pregnant and due in early May. She has her partner's family there who are supportive but would like me to be there either around the time of the birth or soon after.
I have a long standing friend who would come with me and we would like to go for around 3 weeks, possibly fitting in a meet up with my elderly brother whilst in the country.
My question is, would I be able to get support for my husband while I am away? He needs help with dressing, medication and washing. Could probably deal with simple food preparation but would not have the energy or strength to tidy and keep the place reasonably clean. He can be unsteady on his feet at times.
Do I have any options? We do have adult daughters, the closest 1 hour away but they all work FT or have very young children so would only be able to help minimally.
Thank you for any advice you may give.

You can pay for carers to come in. pay for a cleaner.

I'm we are both on basic pension. I can go to Oz because my friend will pay up front and then I will pay back in chunks... I am going to ask for a care assessment for him in the new year.
