I have a scheduled procedure on 1st April which involves sedation. The doctor has mentioned that I will require someone to pick me up and stay with me for a while. As it's during the day I am struggling a little to find a friend who can help. Wondered whether anyone knows of a specific service where I can hire someone for a few hours to help me out for a few hours? I.e. collect me from near Sloane Sq in a taxi and come back to my flat in Battersea for a short period?
