PeoplePlus have just won the contract to provide all the carers support in my area over the charity that provided this before.
The charity who do it now have been amazing over the years for my MIL who cares for FIL and an adult son with LD. MIL is really upset by the news.
I've Googled and it seems they used to be called a4e and some of its previous managers are doing time for fraud. It also seems that they are for profit, not good to work for and promise the earth and deliver sod all.
Does anyone have any positive stories? I'd like to reassure MIL.
