serenity · 31/01/2007 11:12

Marks Hoisin duck wrap, yummy.

PersonalClown · 31/01/2007 11:12

Neither! I go to Simmons bakery and get a large doorstop with whatever I fancy that day. Freshly made, cheap and stuffed full!!
Ooooh have a hankering for cheese and tomato at the moment.

NotQuiteCockney · 31/01/2007 11:13

Pret, or eat.

I like the Pret breadless-sandwiches, tbh.

Gingerbear · 31/01/2007 11:15

Hello sunnywong! If I post one out to Perth, do you think it will get through customs?

No decent sarnie shops in Australia then?

Tutter · 31/01/2007 11:20

ah, eat, now you're talking

a big bold with a cheese topped roll for me please

sunnywong · 31/01/2007 11:21

no decent shops, full stop, love.

MrsBadger · 31/01/2007 11:31

ooh, tricky

If I'm feeling rich then Pret crayfish and rocket.

If skint (and/or it's after 5pm when all Prets shut) then M&S Wensleydale and Caramelised Carrot Chutney.

TeeCee · 31/01/2007 11:32

Ohhh that's a toughie but I think Pret actually, like their bread more, more unusal fillings and more in them etc.
Actually, not that tough after all!

WideWebWitch · 31/01/2007 11:33

Pret crayfish and rocket.

sandyballs · 31/01/2007 11:34

Pret definitely - tuna wrap, mmmm. Full of olives, rocket, onions. mmmmm, need two though really

CocoLoco · 31/01/2007 11:55

Ahh, the M&S Wensleydale and carrot chutney - practically the only thing I could eat last time I was pregnant. But now they've changed the chutney, not so good.

Pret is ok, but nothing special.

roseylea · 31/01/2007 14:18

M&S but for the sushi! (my fave food and the only thing I really missed while I was pg).

Much more exciting than a boring old sarnie which you could make at home anyway.

MrsSpoon · 31/01/2007 16:01

Pret, Coronation Chicken. Salivating at the thought of it.

NorksBride · 31/01/2007 16:15

Prets Crayfish & Rocket is what I miss the most about not working in town anymore!

amidaiwish · 31/01/2007 16:28

no comparison
pret every time

Tatties · 31/01/2007 16:36

Pret! They do consistently good, reasonably priced coffee too.

Lorina · 31/01/2007 16:39

Pret look really good ,very colourful

But M&S win on taste

paulaplumpbottom · 31/01/2007 16:54

Marks & Spencers

TwoIfBySea · 31/01/2007 20:02

Pret's hoisin duck wrap is outstanding, there is enough duck to satisfy and taste more than just the dressing. Also their little cakes are lovely! Just the right size that you don't feel like a right oinker. Is there going to be a cake section?

It is where I head everytime I go into Edinburgh.

elclose · 06/02/2007 16:53

not a sandwich but i am addicted to the yogurt and pecan muffins in pret!!
find their sandwiches a little salty

MrsBadger · 06/02/2007 16:53

NB Pret's coffee is much better than M&S's. And they only use organic milk [ponce emoticon].

twelveyeargap · 06/02/2007 16:57

Pret every time.
