Bugaboo adapters are puzzling me...

I've just received the bugaboo adapters for the frog through the post after buying them off ebay. They are however puzzling me somewhat

Do I need to add the adapters onto the frame then add the car seat or add the adapters to the car seat then put them on the frame?

When taking the car seat off the frame can I take it off without the adapters or do I have to take the seat and adapters off then take off the adapters separately?

Finally, can you leave the adapters on whilst you're driving with the seat in your car?

If anyone could help that would be great. I can't admit that some bits of plastic have outsmarted me!!!

I had the adapters for a different bugaboo model. So assuming the principle is the same I think the answer is:

1. MUCH easier put the adaptors on the frame before the car seat - fiddly otherwise
2. You cannot leave adaptors on the car seat in the car.
3. You also cannot collapse the frame when the adaptors are on it as it holds it open.
