has any1 seen this car seat?

hi my friend just sent me a link to this car seat but neither of us can seem to find out much info about it. Does anyone know anything about it or even possibly own it?! We are trying to find out if you use the straps up tp 25kg or it looks like it also has an impact cushion again is this used up to 25kg or 18kg?

It only rear faces to 9kg so I would discount it off the bat! If it has an impact cushion I would guess it could be used from 15-22kg. Really don't like the look of it though.

Slightly more info here but it still doesn't say how long you can use the harness for. It does say there that it can be used rear facing up to 13kg though.
