3 years 5 months, we have had to turn her forward facing in the last 3 months due to her having a sudden onset of car sickness.

She is 99cm and 2 stone 6lbs.

£300 budget, want isofix, want a recline as she often falls asleep in the car, would like some kind of leg rest or thigh support due to her getting pins and needls. Need it to turn into a HBB so it lasts her.

DS1 needs to move into her Joie.

Any recommendations?

We have Britax/Römer. They work for us.

Another vote for Britax - Evolvafix or Advansafix would do you well. (They are basically the same seat.)

I am not sure whether the HBB leg rests like the Kneeguard are allowed to be used with them, but the leg support is good, the seat is really deep and supports the whole thigh. My DC tended to cross their legs up on the seat at 3-4, it is big enough for this.

The recline is not as much as a RF seat will do but it is well designed and tends to support for sleeping.

Can be used with harness up to 105cm / 21kg which will probably get you another year or more in the harness.

I have this and the Joie Spin and I think the Joie Spin is marginally more annoying to refit the covers after washing, though I always battle with the headrest cover and then realise it doesn't go on like I think it does. They are both good seats. Still using as HBB for youngest.

If you would want to harness past this I would look at Joie i-Irvana Max. But I think the Britax is a nicer seat overall if you don't need the extended harness.
