Looking for advice for 3 and 15 month old car seats (I don’t have much knowledge so please just kind advice)
My 3 year old is currently in a joie spin i360 rear facing and my 1 year old is in a cybex infant carrier, I’m looking to move her into the next seat that can be ERF. I don’t have any plans to change my 3 year old FF, and both children are just below 25th percentile so I imagine will max out the seat through height first, though I’m not sure how old they will be when it maxes at 105cm, she’s approx 96cm now. And once she maxes out the seat I don’t want to transfer her to a HBB but I’m not sure if she will still be RF.
I like the aspect of the spin as I find it easier to strap her in safely but I’m not too sure whats on the market (if any) for ERF for swedish tested seats that spin (at least just to the side - again not sure if thats a thing). I would like to keep her RF till at least 5.
What is the best option for both the children? Do I keep the joie spin for my 3 year old until she maxes it out then figure out her next seat then? Or can I give my mum her car seat (as my youngest needs one in their car also) and re-purchase 2 seats for them in my car?
