Hi does anyone have a Coco Babymore car seat? We dismantled a second hand one to clean up and can't get the sliding handle for height adjustment on the back to work. Just need a photo please to see where we are going wrong.

How much did you dismantle it? It might be broken if the height adjustment has been taken apart.

The instructions are online here which might help: https://babymore.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2024/03/Babymore-Coco-i-Size-Car-Seat-Instruction-2023.pdf

Also I appreciate car seats are expensive to buy new, but I don't know if you are aware - there are some risks when buying second hand - if you aren't 100% confident of the history of the seat, it's possible that it could have been in an accident, because not everyone knows that you must replace a car seat after an accident. You also often find with second hand seats that accessories (like the newborn insert) can be missing or sometimes replaced with a different one by accident, and again the seller may be unaware of this.

This is a newish model so is unlikely to have the issue of too much wear and tear or being outdated, so just wanted to give that info just in case. If you have had it from somebody you trust to get all of these things right then it's less risky - but you might then be able to ask them for help with the seat.

Hi there, we have the instructions already and they don't show the back. Emailing their helpdesk didn't help either as they won't send a picture or diagram showing the back. We just need a clear photo showing the button/catch in position.

There is a diagram on page 5 of the manual that I linked above, although it is quite small and doesn't show the back face on.

It is quite likely that Babymore do not make the seat themselves but it is made by a third party/business to business company.

Hi, yes we saw it and zoomed in but not quite detailed enough thank you

OK, sorry I don't have anything else to suggest. If you want to put up a picture I might be able to make an educated guess.
