Today i broke our trusty becool foldy. So am now in the market for a travel HBB.
Looked at the cybex solution g2 today and was quite impressed. Fold is easy. Tried daughter in it and belt fit is good. Also feels more protective than the foldy. However its stupidly wide (55cm-ish) and dont think it will fit any car seat bag for travel. Anyone with this seat who has travelled with it. What car seat bag did you use? Can't seem to find any that would fit it!
Or do i go for the foldy again. Its done us ok. But has always felt a little flimsy. We also dont need the crotch guard anymore really, so it may become an annoyance. Plus is the size as it just fits our current car seat bag.
Alternatively as we always fly with a large car seat bag anyway, would it be worth just buying a semi decent hbb and using that? Anyone do this? We fly about 3-4 times a year so it does get used a reasonable amount as well as spare for grandparents.
What would you go for?
Daughter is 114cm 24kg and nearly 6. Sits well in a HBB although is still RF at home for the time being. Also in case anyone suggests it the axkid up is out as its waaay too pricey for me to risk travelling with it.
