Joie every stage Toyota Aygo X

Hi, we’re looking at a new seat for my car (currently have a Joie Ispin in a Toyota Aygo X and she’s super squashed and too high to the ceiling) my daughter is 2.5 and on the short but chunky side. We want to rear face for as long as possible and have an Axkid mini in our main car but can’t afford another. Has anyone got this seat in a similar small car and could advise? Seems like it can through from rear facing to 12? Thanks in advance 😊

Have you looked at Britax Safeway M2? This is similar to the Minikid but cheaper (about £200 currently).

The Joie Every Stage might work well if she is shorter, as the R129 version can be used rear facing up to 105cm/21kg. You could follow along her current centile line in red book to estimate when she might reach these. But it does take up a lot of space front to back and it is a bit of a pain to have to lift DC over the seatbelt every time.

Graco Slimfit R129 is the same seat with cheaper fabrics and is usually a bit cheaper.

Thats great thank you so much! She’s only 25th centil for height but 91st for weight. If grandparents hadn’t already paid I’d have suggested safeway but they’re due to get it installed tomorrow so trying to jump in either a better seat before then for the same price. Will check out the Graco now. Thanks again.x
