Car seat for 14 month old.

Hello, I’m looking into a car seat that my parents can use for my little boy. We have a joie one for our car that uses isofix but for my parents we would need one that is used with seatbelts so it can be removed easily. Also me and my friend often take our kids out together and occasionally I’d need a car seat I could use in her car.

my little boy is 14 months fyi.

any suggestions are much appreciated.

Is he big or small for his age?

I like the Graco Extend R129 as a seatbelt fit, less-often-used type car seat.
