Hi ladies

what do I do regarding a travel car seat for 23 month old?

i can’t take the current car seat I have abroad it’s huge.

i was looking at travel car seats but they all seem expensive.

spoke to a friend who recommended a booster seat but when I looked it was for ages 6 plus.

i really can’t afford to spend too much and advice would be appreciated!

Yes 23 months is definitely too little for a booster seat.

First of all, do you still have your infant carrier? Some toddlers will still fit into them (check the limits) and they are very easy to travel with. Some are even aircraft approved.

If not, I would look at either Graco Extend R129 if you want rear facing, or Maxi Cosi Nomad if the seat being compact is more important to you. Or Halfords Impala is very cheap and a possibility as well.
