No I wouldn't - all of those suspiciously cheap but every keyword going seats often only available on amazon - they are very very cheaply produced Chinese imports, they don't tend to get good safety results, and they are of questionable quality. Also, the manuals are often very poorly written with confusing instructions and the car seat isn't designed well with ease of use in mind. Since using the car seat correctly is the #1 most important thing, this is a serious concern.
Reecle, Globalkids, Jovikids, Lettas, they are all similar kind of thing possibly even one company with multiple names.

For that one specifically I can see 5 problems with it just from looking at the product video.
- Top tether stops you from rotating the seat when the tether is installed and the seat is forward facing.
- Top tether also is not a Y-shape so not great for rear facing safety.
- Poor adjustment on the seat - won't fit a newborn well, extremely unlikely to last until age 12.
- Belts look tricky to tighten adequately.
- Whole seat looks flimsy - nothing like the Cybex.
Then, just look at the negative reviews - sort by 1 star. That many stories of things breaking or going wrong is extremely concerning. The positive reviews are mostly bots or people who have only taken it out of the box and not used it yet.
If you are wanting a 360 seat on a budget I would usually go for Joie 360 Spin or Graco Turn2Me. They don't have the high back booster mode built in but that's no bad thing, honestly you shoot yourself in the foot a bit buying a 0-12 year seat where the 4-12 year part is the longest part you'll use it for, and you're stuck with this massive heavy awkward trashed thing, when you could have ditched it for a lightweight high back booster which also feels more grown up and less like a "baby seat" to your school aged child.
The toddler years are really hard on car seats. It's a relief to upgrade once they age out of that stage.
How old is LO? Which Cybex seat do you have? The carry one or the Sirona which stays in the car?
