Age 4-12 isofix car seat without using isofix?

Hey. We bought an age 4-12 isofix car seat but have found that once Inserted into isofix points the seat seems to be too big and we can't het the seat belt plugged into the points in the car. Can we simply use the car seat without isofix points so we can move it over and get the belt plugged in or should we buy a non isofix car seat instead?

Check the manual, but the vast majority of this type of seat yes you can.

When were buying these seats, I understood the isofix was about when the child wasn't present - ie you crash, and seat doesn't go flying about th car. With a child present, the seat belt does the crash protection.
So, I'd say it's fine - just strap the seat is when not in use.
But, check the manual.
