Volvo xc90/axkid minikid

Just wondering if anyone has the axkid minikid fitted in the 2nd row middle seat? I emailed in car safety and they said it wasn't compatible with the middle seat, however the axkid compatibility list states it can go in any 2nd row seat. I'm now in a muddle!

The in car safety centre are usually brilliant but sometimes they give advice that isn't consistent with the manufacturers'. I don't know why.

If Axkid say it's fine and Volvo say it's fine, then it's OK :) You could look on Axkid's website and see if you can find a different independent specialist if you don't want to buy from ICSS.
