Hi everyone. I need links to the team text failures or pictures please, as I have a friend who still wants to buy one and I can't find the support online to back up me telling her they are unsafe in tests.

The thing is, largely they aren't actually unsafe. Sure, they are much more basic and have fewer safety features than the top brands on the market, but they do still perform the basic safety requirement. It's not a seat/brand I would choose if given the option, but if your friend wants to choose one then that's her choice. I don't think it's helpful to shame people's car seat choices or try to scaremonger people into making a choice that you would prefer to make.

The one that failed was recalled 10 years ago. It's not on the market any more.
