Joie Spin 360

Hi all,

Just a quick one - drive a medium size car and find that the Joie 360 spin seems to sit DD3 "higher" than the old car seat. Not sure if that's the best way to explain it but imagine it as though she would be able to see more out of the window etc than the old car seat.

I'm sure her eyeline would be in line with the headrest of the chair infront of her.

The base does seem chunkier, but am wondering whether anyone else has noticed it and if it's normal?

It's definitely installed correctly and have read specifications confirming that the car seat is compatible with my make and model of car.

Debating whether or not to return...

This is normal with spin seats. It's because the spin mechanism is underneath the chair :)

If you take the back headrest off she can look out of the boot window if rear facing. It's a great seat for visibility.

Thanks for your response - I think I'm comparing it to the old one too much which is a maxi-cosi mica. Somehow it just seems like she's more "in" the seat rather than "on" it!

Is it to do with the inserts? I would not have expected to see much difference between these two seats. The Mica is also a spin seat, unless you're confusing the name with something else?

Hi all I have question we have the joie 360 spin cat seat & im having trouble with the straps every time I strap my 8 month old in the straps keep coming down off her shoulders I make sure it's Tight enough & I've watched video on doing the straps but it keeps happening could any please help I've added a pic so can see.

@Lilmissbea your headrest is too low. Squeeze the button at the top of it (on the back) and move it upwards. Only her head should be in the headrest, shoulders should go below it.

You can also take the head part of the insert off now as she is too big for it :) Keep the other 2 in.

Is it the inner head rest I can take out or the back support Cushion she is now 9months.

The video has all the info about the inserts. I would defo take out the inner head cushion but the other ones you might still need.
