Do I need to replace my car seat if my child wasn't in the seat and the accident was frontal damage at 10-15mph?

It's absolutely no issue but some people are saying it needs replaced regardless. Others are saying as the child wasn't in the seat it should be fine

Yes it needs replacing even if your child wasn't in it and the accident was at a low speed.

Yes it needs to be replaced regardless.

Yes it still needs to be replaced. The damage isn't dependent on the seat being occupied.

Thank you. I'll get a new one ordered today. I have a second one thankfully

Yes, and you should be able to claim on insurance for the replacement.

Strictly speaking yes, but obviously it depends how slight the damage to the car was, slight bumper damage (cosmetic) at low speed is different to a proper impact at 15mph
