Hi, just had our new car seat delivered, it doesn't seem to come with any instructions which I find odd, does anyone know if this is normal? I can find a manual online but would have preferred a physical book! It had some basic product info attached to the car seat but can't find anything more!

It definitely should have come with instructions. Contact your retailer as it might have become detached. When you get those Cybex seats in (as a retailer) they are 2 or 3 to a box so it will have been stored loose in a warehouse and the instruction booklet can become detached.

You can also look for a little compartment usually on the bottom or back of the seat where the instructions may be stored. Usually they aren't in there initially, they normally come in a little plastic bag attached to the straps, but the expectation is once you've read it you store it in that slot.

If all else fails contact Cybex EU and they will send you the correct manual. Beware downloading online as you might accidentally get the US version and Cybex have some car seats sold in USA with the same names but they are different seats.
