Help…Oyster Carapace

Hello…feeling a bit silly here. Took about the car seat to wash everything. However I cannot get the baby insert back in correctly. The head rest moves around when I pull the straps and it just doesn’t look like it did before I took it apart 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

It looks the same as the promo pictures to me - it can be normal for head inserts to move around, is there a little slot or any kind of popper to attach it? If not that's OK as you can just position it behind your baby's head. It helps to kind of tug up on the head cushion to ensure it's not restricting the straps.

As a separate point is this the original model from a couple of years ago, are you aware of the safety recall? If unsure you can take a photo of the labels on it and contact Oyster as it might only be certain batch numbers which were affected.
