Can anyone recommend a good car seat for age 4plus? That does up tightly amd securely across the tummy as well as shoulder. Thank you.

Car seats for that age are usually HBB's that are secured by the normal adult belt but routed safely to allow for the child's height. How heavy is your little one? The most a harnessed seat goes upto is 25kg.

I like the britax kid fix I size because it’s got a protective bit in between their legs that the seat belt threads under. It’s also got a pad over the chest part of the seat belt to protect them in a crash.

Can you describe the problem you're having now with the tummy and shoulder belts? As PP say, high backed booster seats use the adult seatbelt, if you need more security than this you might be better off with a seat that harnesses longer.

What's the age and weight of the child and what seat are they in now?
