Does anyone have this seat and can give me any feedback on it safety wise?

It's a good option safety wise. The ADAC crash test result is 2.1 - the best ones get somewhere between 1.5 and 2.0, (smaller numbers are better) so it's very nearly in the best class.

The Solution X2-fix gets a score of 1.6 so it is worth the upgrade if you have the option of both.

I do :) It's pre-2015 so doesn't show up on their site any more but you can still find the old results through google.
