Maxi Cosi Kore Pro - seat cover problems

Hi I'm wondering if any other parents have stumbled across a solution to this issue. We have the maxi Cosi Kore Pro and have done for over 12 months. The issue is the back seat cover keeps coming off exposing the hard plastic and connectors. We have repeatedly put the cover back on, watched countless YouTube and Maxi Cosi videos to follow their instructions but to no avail. It's getting very uncomfortable for my DS4 - he's pretty good in the car not a wriggler so it just seems like the seat cover is badly designed- I'm hoping someone here may have an answer 😁

That sounds really annoying - I'd consider making a complaint to them and see if they offer anything. Sometimes if a company gets lots of similar complaints they redesign part of the seat and they might be able to ship you out an improved cover or something.

We had this with the Britax Adventure but it was only the bottom part of the seat, didn't affect comfort and that was a really cheap model so didn't seem too bad. It's no good when you've bought a premium model!

Thank you @BertieBotts we had contacted Maxi Cosi with no success hence my Mumsnet appeal 😂. However my DH insisted we try the social media shame route and we emailed them again - I'm delighted to say they have sent us a new seat to replace the old one I have everything crossed this one does not do the same thing! Just an update if anyone stumbles across this thread with the same issue - complain vociferously 🤣.

We have the same issue with one of our Kore Pro seats - the other is fine. I'll be sending an email tomorrow!

Did you get any luck with this as have a standard Kore and does with same with my 7 year old . Pops off at the slightest movement . Poor design as could do with some studs or Velcro

We have the same problem! Have tried endless times to fix it to no avail. It’s so frustrating. Thought it was just us and am so glad to hear it’s not. Will be emailing too.

I got in touch with the manufacturer and they sent a Kore Pro FOC even though was just outside the 2 year warranty . Can’t fault them and the now one is holding up !
