Joie I-spin 360 vs I-spin safe?

I've heard lots of wobbling and rocking issues about i-spin 360 because they do spin.
But maybe i-spin safe (which rotates only side to side, each 90degrees, only rear facing) would be less wobbly?
The ADAC result shows I-spin safe is better in safety because it's rear facing.
And I know i-spin 360 is also a well made one but the wobbling part is really disturbing...

They're the same seat so will be just as wobbly. It is a known issue with that seat, all the Joie spin seats do it - more so in some cars than others.

Joie even produced a video explaining it:
