3 car seats in a row

If anyone has a pre- 2015 touran, can you fit 3 car seats?

Also looking at Ford galaxy/s max 2013.

Group 0, 1, 2 car seats.

Appreciate any info!

@nuggles ah, see those are the bigger ones. I think the middle seat is bigger! Previous posters have said tho they've managed with the smaller 2nd gen tourans. Thanks!

I have a 2013 touran and can fit 3 car seats in. I found the galaxy too big. I like the touran, smallest car I can get away with with my lot!

Forgot to add I had group 0,1& 2. The middle seat isn’t isofix but that wasn’t an issue for us . Now have 2 group 2s and a rather chunky group 1 which is rear facing

My mind is kind of made up on touran. Just to find one now!

The rear facing seats up to 25kg tend to be slimmer and a bit more flexible to fit than the ones up to 18kg, so you can get more leeway with those.

Btw, put a deposit down on a touran and we are viewing tomorrow! I'm excited!

Viewed the car and have put a further deposit down and it will be ours pending a new cam belt, water pump and service! Dealer agreed to get these done prior to collection.

Car looks a lovely size and I like the driving position of it. Haven't had a car for months as my last car was a write off after an accident

Once I have the car I'll be off to try a combination of new car seats to find the perfect fit.

Smax has plenty of room for 3 carseats in the middle row.

We have a 2010 modle, fit 3 under 3 in that row no problems for years. Now we have 2 high back boosters in 3rd row and 3 older kids sit in middle row without carseats with oodles of room.
