Joie car fit help?

Hi stupid question, just checking the fit of a new car seat. But what do the orange numbers at the top mean?
The best guess I have is it's the seats it fits in? So the top one will fit in 3 seats in the car and the rest in four? Is that right?

Usually the numbers refer to which seats in the car the seat will fit in. There should be a key somewhere. I found this one online where seat 1 is the passenger seat, seats 2&4 are the seats behind the driver and passenger and seat 3 is the middle seat.

There is normally a guide with it which says which number corresponds to which seat. Let me see if I can find it for you...
