Icandy peach + Joie iLevel issues

Does anyone have this combo? Ive noticed a couple of issues and I don't know if it's just me but is the angle of the pram once connected using the iCandy car seat adapters a bit too angled forwards? Its not even close to flat but more like the baby could slip out...

Also, does anyone find it near impossible to take the car seat off? One side will clip off but then it's hard to get the next side off... So you try and start again and it keeps happening. It'll be like an earthquake for the baby!

Are the car seat adapters defo the right way around? I think if they have their harness done up correctly they won't slip out, but it does sound concerning.

Have you tried contacting iCandy and/or Joie or the place you bought either product from? Did you buy them as a bundle or separately?

Adapters are both the right way as it won't go on the other way round. Icandy doesn't list that it's compatible but Joies site says its fine... It just don't play nicely at all and I'm not sure if there are other adapters I should be using or they haven't tested it properly. The adapters were the ones that came with my brand new peach

Ah fair enough. I would probably ask Joie in that case since they've specifically said it should work. Send them a picture of the angle. The problem sometimes with travel systems is that because a lot of car seat brands use the same adapters there is a huge range and variation in the combinations that you can have and some of them just won't really have been tested meaning you might have odd angles etc.
