Wide car seat?

Hi, my DD8 is very tall for her age and while technically she doesn’t need a car seat I’d like her to stay in one for a while. Her current car seat is too narrow for her hips so we need to buy a new one. Can anyone recommend a wide high backed booster, or even just a booster? Thanks.

You can definitely get a good high backed booster with wide hip space :)

The Cybex Solution ones have nice wide hip space - I sat in one recently by accident and was surprised to find I could fit.

Britax Adventure is also good as it has no "horns" on the side which helps.

Diono High Backed Boosters are roomy as well. And they go up to 160cm so you'll have plenty of growing room.

The diono cambria 2 is on offer at Smyths apparently, just heard about this one today and seen photos and it's really nice and roomy.
