Anyone know how to adjust the straps on this seat? Its so frustrating as it isn't simple! The harness is sitting too tight on my boys shoulders so need that loosening but we just can figure it out and I can't see it in manual.

You have to poke your fingers in the bit near where the excess strap comes out (near where feet are) and hold down while pulling on the shoulder straps.

Thank you! I don't know why they made it so difficult to find but I did that and it worked!

Do you mean you want to make it taller as he has grown? You just raise the headrest up and the harness comes with it. The headrest adjust is a squeeze in lever/button on the back of the headrest. It's a bit tricky at first and then it's easy to do.

In this seat you want to position the headrest so that the harness is as close to the child's shoulders as possible.

Another tip which helps with harness position is that the pads can come down a bit - unpopper them, and you'll see they are attached with velcro to some non moving straps, if you unvelcro you can reattach them a bit further down, I find if you have 2-3cm of bare strap at the top, it is easier to position correctly on the child's chest/shoulders. (These pads should begin at the child's collarbone roughly)
