Car seat for tiny baby

My LO born at 37 weeks weighing 5lb 9oz. She has lost very little weight in her first week but doesn't fit in the car seat that came with my travel system (Cosatto Port).

I need something that can be used belted in a Citroen C1 and a VW Polo that is good for small babies. ANY recommendations? Or is it just a case of waiting until she grows a bit?

Ideally I don't want to spend big bucks as this is just to tide her over but I also need to take her in the car asap so I can visit my horse daily.

TIA

What about an insert? Something like the Diono Cuddle Soft might help, as it has side support. 2 of mine were just over 4lb and inserts helped until they were a little bigger. Congrats on baby, by the way!

I'd recommend a Maxicosi cabrio fix. I had very small babies and they fitted into it fine. Congrats btw!

I had a maxi cosi cabriofix, C1 and a 5lb 6 oz baby Smile

Thanks that looks like it might work then as I've just measured her length as 47cm and the maxi cosi site seems to say for 45-70cm?
