Help! 2.5 DD Tall & heavy?

My DD is 2.5 years, I need to get her another carseat as the Cosatto Zoomi I bought last week is rubbish.

She was 92 CM tall in November and weighs just over 16 KG! She is on the very last hole for the straps for carseats with a harness...

Surely she is to young for a belted carseat? 😬

High back boosters aren't recommended by some until at least 4, not only because they aren't physically developed enough but they aren't mature enough to sit with a only a seatbelt restraining them.

You need a 25kg harnessed seat. Rear facing is obviously still far safer (Axkid Minikid and Britax Two Way Elite are worth a look). There are also forward facing options but they do need isofix and top tether. Look into the Joie Bold and the Cosy n Safe Excalibur.
