Joie steadi, can't get it to fit forward facing?

Hi,

I have a zafira b shape, and the Joie steadi.
Rear facing it fits great, was considering turning it round as baby (15mths) is very long.

Anyway, I can't get it to fit properly forward facing, nowhere near in fact.

According to the manual and fit guides it should!

Any ideas or advice please?

I'd really try to stick with rear facing. 15mo is very young to forward face. As the Steadi is a small shall it might not last to 18kg but it should last longer than to 15mo.

The Joie seats often don't fit very well forward facing especially if the seats are sloped so asking a car seat specialist (not Halfords etc) might be your best bet.
