Anyone else have this car seat? How are you finding the insert at the head? The bit that overlaps at the top creates a little 'hole' for baby's head to rest in/on
My DD screams every time she's on her seat and we have noticed a red mark on her head in the place the 'hole' would be. I've run my fingers over this area on the insert and it is really bulky and the ridge is very pronounced
Anyone else have this problem? She's too small to remove the insert x
