Car seat harness, Britax Eclipse

I need to move the harness up as toddler grows, can't understand the handbook, anyone seen a video? There are plenty showing how to install but not how to move the straps. Thanks.

But I always do one strap at a time to check i put it back properly.

I just noticed that seat doesn't have the chest pads, they need to be threaded through too.
